This week I thought I would share a few ideas for both working out and dressing up! I love the Parallel Tanks and actually have them in three colors. So this week we are talking about two staple pieces: the Black Parallel Tank and the Black Metallic Leggings.
In the first outfit, I have on my Black Parallel Tank, my Black Zipper Zyia Hooded Sweatshirt and my Black Metallic Light n Tight Leggings. I definitely recommend sizing up for the parallel tank if you don’t want it too tight for your mid section. I love these tanks for working out or dressing up and they have the perfect amount of stretch! I also love the Black Metallic Leggings- and stayed in my true to size. I love the compression of this style and even for someone who has varicose veins, these pants smooth them out pretty well! I loved pairing this all black outfit with my Hunter Boots and feel like this would be a great outfit to wear to the pumpkin patch, picking out a Christmas tree or just running errands.
For the second look, I threw on some heels from Lulus– which are surprisingly comfortable. The heel isn’t too high either. I added the olive green cardigan jacket (It’s from a few years back from Evereve, but here are a few other options, here, here and here.) and called it good! I think this would be a fun outfit for the theater, date night or even the office.
For the third outfit, I added some black Steve Madden Booties and a cardigan from Evereve. This cardigan is a few years old, but I love these two similar ones, here and here. I love this look for lounging on the weekends but adding the booties elevates it if we head out to dinner!
So there you have it, a few basic pieces and easy ways to style them. As I am sitting here typing I realized they are also great for workout wear too- kind of obvious, right?! Add some athletic shoes and you are set. Until next Friday, have a great weekend and let me know if you have any sizing questions!
***If you do purchase any Zyia Active pieces, I do earn a small commission at no extra charge to you. It helps me to keep this blog going and I truly love their active wear!
