I don’t know about you, but I get bored with my workouts pretty easily. I have found over the years that the best way for me to stay motivated is to switch up my routines. Some weeks I focus more on lifting, other weeks it might be more cardio based. Sometimes it is a mix of both!
My favorite workouts are those that combine a bit of body weight lifting, cardio and I break a good sweat. I try to share whatever workout I have done for the day in my instagram stories- so when you are feeling in a rut like I do sometimes, maybe you will find a quick workout you enjoy.
Here are a few of my favorite workouts I have done and find myself going back to whenever I need to mix it up!
