Breakfast Parfait
This morning we made yogurt parfaits and they were so delicious I had to share here! I found a great yogurt at Costco yesterday and I am kind of picky with what yogurt we buy. Many brands add gums and additives to make it certain thickness or texture or added sugars. This is the Kirkland Organic Greek Yogurt and it doesn’t have any additives or weird ingredients. I also found Autumn’s Gold Grain Free Toasted Coconut Almond Granola at Costco and it is also available on Amazon but more expensive (for reference it is about $14 for 19 servings at Costco but $26 on Amazon.) I just layered yogurt, blueberries, strawberries, granola and a little more fruit. It is a great source of protein to get your morning started!

***We also really like the Siggi’s Dairy brand of yogurt and they have quite a few flavors to choose from and some high fat options as well! Let me know if you try it and what you think!
